Artwork: what to send
The best file is a vector logo (SVG, PDF or AI). It stays sharp at any size and engraves cleanly. If you only have a PNG or JPG, send the highest-resolution copy you have. We can often tidy a simple logo for a small fee. See our guide to artwork for laser and vinyl.
Matching your brand colours
We'll match your brand colours as closely as possible from our 40+ stock filaments. For larger runs, we can order in a specific colour. Engraving colours depend on the material, so we'll show you a proof.
Bulk pricing and lead times
There's no minimum for most items, and automatic discounts start at 10 units (10% off at 10+, 15% off at 25+, 20% off at 50+). Typical turnaround is 3–5 business days. For events or end-of-year gifts, order 3–4 weeks ahead. We provide itemised invoices, and repeat business customers can set up an account.
