Gift voucher questions

How do gift vouchers work?

You'll receive a printable voucher with a unique code by email. The recipient quotes the code when they order.

How long are they valid?

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from purchase, as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Can I get a physical voucher?

Yes. Ask for an engraved timber gift card, made in our Logan studio, for a small extra charge.

Can they be used on anything?

Yes: custom prints, engraving, vinyl, design work and shop products.
