How the instant quote works
How accurate is the instant price?
It's an estimate based on your model's volume and surface area, the material and our standard print settings. We check every file before printing and confirm a firm price. Most jobs land very close to the estimate.
Is my file uploaded anywhere?
No. The preview and price are worked out entirely in your browser, so your file never leaves your computer until you choose to send it to us.
Which files work?
STL and OBJ give an instant price. For 3MF, STEP or anything else, use the quote form and we'll price it by hand.
What units should my file be in?
Millimetres, which is the standard for 3D printing. If the size looks wrong, use the scale slider or let us know.
