Prints are an $8 setup fee plus a per-gram rate for the material (from 15c/g for PLA), with a $15 minimum order. Use our instant estimator for a ballpark price.

We're in Logan, Queensland, near Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Pickup is free by appointment, and we ship Australia-wide from $10.95 (free over $120) and internationally on request.

Yes. A single print can combine two colours or two materials, for an extra $5 per part.

Often, yes. If it's wood, leather, slate, cork or coated metal and fits within about 31 × 27 cm, send us a photo and we'll confirm.

Most orders are ready in 3–5 business days. Rush jobs are available in 48 hours for 25% extra.

Once you approve your quote we send an invoice. Custom jobs over $100 need a 50% deposit, and the balance is due before pickup or shipping.

Each job needs time to check the file, slice it, and set up and clean the machine. The flat $8 fee covers that, so the per-gram rate stays low.

All prices are in AUD and are the final price you pay.

Send us a written quote from another Australian service for the same job and we'll take a look.

STL, 3MF, OBJ and STEP for 3D printing, and SVG, DXF, PDF or AI for laser and vinyl. Photos and sketches are fine too.

Yes. For engraving, cutting and vinyl we send a digital proof first. For 3D prints we confirm material, colour and size before printing.

Send us a photo within 7 days and we'll reprint or refund it.

Personalised items can't be returned for change of mind, but we'll always fix any fault or error on our part.

Pickup is by appointment in Logan. We'll send the details when your order is ready.
